Lakeland Specialities offer a range of hand made quality preserves, sauces and mustards and are very proud to be a registered member of ‘Made in Cumbria’. Lakeland Specialities was formed in 1976 by Stan Hascamp, using his knowledge of food and testing the markets at first with a very limited range of high quality jams, marmalade, chutney plus a range of butter fudges. Over the years the range of products has increased, adding various extra jams, sauces and a range of hand made truffles, all with a major concentration on quality.

Quality Extra Jams

A range of quality extra jams made from the finest ingredients with no added sulphited pulps, colourings or flavouring. These jams are made in small batches to conserve the home made quality feel.

Marmalades with a difference

A choice of Three Fruit Marmalade with Scotch Whisky, containing 3% whisky, Old Fashioned Honey Marmalade and a Marmalade containing Almonds. All made the old fashioned way and produced in small batches to conserve the taste and flavour.

Special Extra Preserves

These contain 3% Liqueurs and are available in the following flavours:
Raspberry with Kirsch
Blackcurrant with Rum
Plum with Brandy and Walnuts
Apricot with Sherry and Almonds
Strawberry with Grand Marnier

A large 454g jar containing 16% alcohol:
